Weekly Pool Care Service
The number one complaint of home owners with a pool, is that they hate having to clean their pool every week. The second most common complaint is dealing with pool chemicals. Well we can make pool ownership fun and hassle free with our low cost pool care packages.
We offer three weekly pool care packages for home owners. Our Gold Pool Care package is our most popular pool service option, we also offer weekly vacuuming with our Gold PLUS service. Our Silver Pool Care package is almost identical to our Gold Package, except service/water testing is performed twice a month, and we offer twice a month vacuuming with our Silver PLUS service. Our Bronze Pool Care package is for pool owners with an automatic vacuum or who don't mind the physical aspect of pool maintenance, but want to leave the chemical balancing to the someone else.

Terms and Conditions
*Water Testing is included in the monthly price for the following chemicals: Chlorine, pH Increase / pH Decrease, Alkalinity Increase / Alkalinity Decrease, Calcium Hardness Increaser, Stabilizer (Limited to 4 Pounds per month, additional billed at current market rate), Salt (Limited to 1 bag per month for Silver and Gold Plan. Bronze plan is billed at current market rate). The Gold Plan includes 4 water tests per month, the Silver and Bronze plan includes 2-4 water tests per month, during the Winter season Bronze and Silver are normally only visited twice per month, unless requested and approved.
**Metal Stains: We don't test for metals, we are not responsible for metal staining. Metal stain removal is billed separately. All metal stain removal is done using Jack's Magic Products and Stain Identification Kits.
Water Levels: It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a proper water level in the pool. Low water levels can result in equipment failure and be costly to repair.
Vacation: Due to the standard 48 week billing procedure, weekly service is determined on a 4 visit per month schedule. (48 weeks of service out of a 52 week year) Four months out of the year have an extra service day (5th service day) which is NOT charged for and these extra days will be taken as vacation during the off season (cooler months), normally November thru March. These weeks include Thanksgiving, Christmas and two other floating weeks of which all customers will be notified in advance. *Please note the floating weeks maybe also be used unexpectedly without notice. For example: If there is a week that it rains/storms, we may decide to use one floating week during that time.
Weather/Holiday: If the service falls during a lightning storm or holiday, the service call may be postponed until the next scheduled visit. There are no credits for service trips not completed. If you feel that the call was missed for other reasons than those stated above, please contact the company within 24 hrs and the service call may be rescheduled. At no time will two (2) consecutive service calls be missed. (One month of service is equal to four weeks)
Salt Chlorinators: We understand and appreciate the benefits of salt water chlorination, however, salt is still a corrosive mineral and we cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, staining, corrosion or deterioration of any of the pool equipment or surfaces, that may result from the use of salt in the pool.
New Pool Finish: It is the owner's responsibility to provide us with plasterers’ specific aftercare instructions that apply to their specific plaster. We will follow those instructions and are not responsible for any discolorations, imperfections, mottling, streaking that is not uncommon.
Pool Finish: Pool finishes need to be resurfaced every 5-15 years. We are not responsible for any leaks, rough pool surface, cracks, etching, scaling, tile grout, discolorations, imperfections, mottling, streaking that is not uncommon.
Cancellation: Agreements can be cancelled for any reason by either party at any time.
